When I attempt to dial a phone number while my Blackberry Storm is in full keyboard mode, I can only dial zero. All of the other numbers do not respond as numbers. However, they do respond when held down for a long time a though I wanted to create a speed dial. When I change my keyboard setting back to multi-tap or suretype then the numbers respond appropriately. Any suggestions? My preference is to leave my phone in full keyboard mode all of the time. The solution is easy. Be sure to back up your phone, then go into Options> Security Options> Security Wipe> enter Blackberry this will reset the phone to factory defaults.
Now there has been some chatter on crackberry.com that said you can change the keyboard options to or from suretype. I haven’t had a chance to try it.
